Cade Tompkins Projects focuses on advancing and exhibiting contemporary art, featuring work by emerging artists as well as mid-career and established artists in various mediums including painting, sculpture, printmaking, video, drawing, and installation. Clients range from major museums to new collectors as well as corporations, hospitals, and seasoned art connoisseurs. She is interested in finding art for clients at all levels of collecting. Cade Tompkins has been a contemporary art dealer for over 40 years. Her gallery opened in September 2009 and to date has featured over 50 exhibitions by represented artists. Tompkins graduated from the Appraisal Studies in Art program at the Rhode Island School of Design. She studied at Emerson College and Boston University. Cade Tompkins Projects has exhibited gallery artists at IFPDA Fine Art Print Fair (2023, 2025) and Art in an Airstream during the IFPDA Print Fair (2016); Master Drawings New York 2018, 2020, and 2022; SPRING/BREAK Art Show (2016-2023); and the E/AB Fair (2006-2013). Cade Tompkins is a member of the International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA); Candidate Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA); ArtTable, the national professional organization advancing leadership of women in the visual arts; and a sustaining member of the Association of Print Scholars (APS).
