Celebrating prints made over the last 100 years is our tribute to the 250 years of the United States.
Some 140 prints by 75 by well known and under known Philadelphia-based artists including Ethel Ashton, Katie Baldwin, Morris Blackburn, Julius Bloch, Selma Bortner, Jonathan Lyndon Chase, Lynne Clibanoff, John Dowell, Amze Emmons, Ruth Fine, Steven Ford, Abraham Hankins, Earl Horter, Jerome Kaplan, Paul Keene, Dindga McCannon, Ryan Parker, Robert Riggs, Benton Spruance, Raymond Steth, Todd Stong, Dox Thrash, Martie Zelt and more
Philadelphia’s long-standing legacy as an historic and significant print community is celebrated with early Modern works, a substantial selection of prints from the WPA-era, artists who lead Philadelphia’s distinguished Art Schools, to Contemporary works that reflect the strength and breadth of today’s print community.
