Hilary Gerrard (1933–2023) spent four decades assembling a collection that documents the cultural and political movements of 1955–1975. Gerard, who served as Ringo Starr’s business manager from the 1970s to 2015, focused his collecting on the ephemera that shaped the period: posters, festival tickets, leaflets, underground newspapers, and manuscript material. The collection comprises numerous pieces and is offered in its entirety at a seven-figure sum.
