gallery neptune & brown is pleased to host a second solo exhibition for artist, Carol Barsha. A PIECE OF MAGIC delves into the intricate complexities of the natural world. These new paintings are a captivating series of large-scale, multi-media works on paper. Drawing from her classical training at Boston University and over fifty years of artistic practice, Barsha seamlessly blends her extensive knowledge of florae and innovative painting techniques. Beyond literal representations, these creations emerge as impressions, thoughts, and manifestations of the subconscious, shaping themselves in a uniquely exuberant fashion. Barsha’s paintings unfold as an imaginative world, where the compositions guide us through a magical and colorful journey.
